In the countryside, this traditional Mas from the XIX century stands at the foot of the hills of les Dentelles de Montmirail. Surounded by the vineyards of Beaumes de Venise, you are on the Côtes du Rhône wine road.
Overlooked by the Mont Ventoux (1912m high), l’Espaze welcomes you in the middle of Provence. Major festivals take place nearby: Avignon theater festival, “Chorégies” in the city of Orange, Vaison Dance Festival in Vaison la Romaine.
MAS
In the past, the Mas “ l’Espaze” used to be called the « gardener house ». The property is indeed a green setting in the sunny Provence, with its natural spring, its pools and its wide garden.
The bed and breakfast is located in a renovated wing of the house.
On the ground floor, a large living room with a fire place opens on the garden.
In a “kitchenette”, one can prepare snacks and light meals.
Breakfast are served inside or in the garden at your own convenience. Home-made jam, flowers and fruits from the garden make it special.
The garden
The one hectare garden abounds of flowers and aromatic plants. Long cypresses and bushes welcome birds and cicadas whose songs will agreement your stay.
Two pools, supplied by a natural spring, allow swim and water fun.
One can relax under wine arbour shade, or play outdoor games: “pétanque” (French game of bowls), volley-ball, badminton, swings…
An outside kitchen and a barbecue are available.
